Trucks in Action 2010 - Part 2

In this second post of Trucks in Action at Lardner Park in 2010, you will see the Volvo and other large trucks. Go to the first post to see small trucks and commercial vehicles and go to my third Trucks in Action post to see everything else.

Our 1976 N10 Volvo with the 1976 38ft Freighter trailer, also shown below in the line-up.

Ian Latham's 1976 custom built International.

Eric Shingle's 1974 LS 1418 Benz, the only Benz at Trucks in Action.

John Gramlick's 1961 Commer Knocker.

Freestone's 1964 B-model Mack, Don McGregor's 1960 Ford F500, Lloyd Hunter's 1972 Inter & Stephen Corstorphan's 1957 Diamond T.

David Negrin's 1977 Atkinson and Tim Buckler's 1976 Acco 1710A. Because there was only one Atkinson displayed, there is a close-up of it, below.

Two Diamond T's, above, Jim & Stephen Corstorphan's 1957 model and, below, Ian Lee's 1956 Princess Diana version.

Two 1964 B-model Macks. The one above belongs to Mick Black and below to Paul Freestone.

1964 Peterbilt belonging to Rob French.

Neil Tilley's 1977 Ford Louisville

John Smith's 1964 S925 Kenworth, ex-Ansett.

1972 S2 model Kenworth owned by Ken & Bev Stephens.

Gary Jones 1972 W-model Kenworth.

Tony Lewellin's 1982 SAR Kenworth.

Gavin Spence's 1969 W-model Kenworth.

Northstar Transport, early 70s , S2 Kenworth.

1978 Kenworth belonging to Vyn Harris.

This truck wins the prize for travelling the longest distance. Steve Wagstaff was down from Queensland, waiting for a load of Thorpedale spuds, when he thought he would fill in a bit of time by visiting Trucks in Action. It is a 1985 W925 Kenworth, in original condition.

Wayne Henry's CD1840 Inter.

The only White at Trucks in Action belonged to Clarke Mayze. It is a 1976 9564, ex-Shell fuel tanker.

Gary & Linda O'Keefe's two Dodges - the yellow one is a353 model and the red one is a 760 model, shown above packed up ready to leave and also below.

Finally, because I like this photograph, this shows Ian Latham leaving with his 1951 Austin fire truck, his 1948 Normag tractor and Roy Bright's 1924 International.

In this second post from Trucks in Action at Lardner Park, 2010 you will see the Volvo and other large trucks. Go to the first post to see small trucks and commercial vehicles and go to my third Trucks in Action post to see everything else.
