HCVC Display Day Yarra Glen 2017 - Part 1 - Atkinsons to Fordsons.

The 35th Historic Commercial Vehicle Club Display Day was held at Yarra Glen Racecourse on November 12, 2017.  This post shows the trucks from Atkinson through the alphabet to Fordson.  To see the Internationals and Kenworths, click here. To see the Leader through the alphabet to Macks and onto Whites, click here. We took the 1989 Volvo N12 Intercooler and the 1976 Freighter trailer - to see them, click here.

We concentrated on the larger trucks that were parked outside the racecourse gates, so we missed some of the smaller trucks such as the Austins, Bedfords and Dodges etc - so most of these photos are prime movers. There were a lot of historic buses on display as well as cars and Military vehicles  - but this is  a truck blog, so we didn't take photos of them. That's one of the great things about the HCVC Display Days  heaps of vehicles on display and something of interest for any motor vehicle enthusiast.

  1. Sad to see no photos of utes - they're commercial vehicles, aren't they?

  2. Yes, utes can be commercial vehicles but this is a truck blog, so I generally only post truck photos.
