Dubbo Vintage Truck Show 2016 - Part 1 - English and European trucks

Golden Oldies Truck Club show was held at Dubbo showgrounds on August 13 2016. We took up three Volvos - a 1973 F86, a 1976 N10 and the 1989 Intercooler and had  a great time. In these three blog posts are most of the trucks that were on display. This post shows the English and European trucks. Click here to see the Fords, Kenworths and Macks. Click here to see the rest of the American trucks such as Chevs, Diamonds, Dodges, Internationals and Whites.

J-model Bedford, pretty ordinary photo, we find it hard to get good photos in the Pavilion.

An ERF. ERF stands for Edwin Richard Foden, and they were manufactured  from 1933 until 1996 when ERF was bought out by Western Star, who sold the brand to MAN in 2000. Edwin Foden was a member of the Foden steam engine family.

A lovely Volvo line up - we had six Volvos in  a row lined up, that would be a record!

Our 1976 N10 Volvo

Our 1989 N12 Volvo Intercooler. It has a factory fitted integrated sleeper cab, which is  a bit unusual for this model.

Our 1973 F86 Volvo

Graeme Troutbeck's 1972 F86 Volvo

Graeme's FL10 Volvo

Completing the Volvo line up was Jeff Johnston's Globetrotter.
